To be specific, I do not fancy this film, though I have to admit its awesomeness and glamour from all the grotesque expressions.

Apart from the wonderful colour, lens and movement, the main topic with lots of metaphors stressed is the most marvellous of this film.

Of course, the gender issues brought from it are very shiny, but the story also refers to an entire renaissance and the awakening of a child from dust to life, from naivety to maturity, which are actually the growth of dying, the discarding of innocence.

Bella was a monster, but she was also a soul just overviewing the whole world, cause her life was poetry and an experiment from god.

Additionally, this film is undoubtedly a dense work for lots of research, like gender, equality, body and soul, expressionism, mirror of children, the resource of humanity, and ethics...

Nevertheless, it's hard to admit it's of great amusement and easy to watch. Just admire and try to seek sth from it, bro.
