Initially it is weird for us audience to shed the feeling that Harry Potter is the actor of Allen Ginsberg instead of Daniel Radcliffe, but as the movie goes on, there is no denying that Radcliffe is a rather talented actor, even though he is outshone by Dane DeHaan in the film. An extremely interesting story on some extremely interesting historical characters, even though the authenticity of many of the scenes should be seen in doubt. This movie is an art-house film that will likely draw in a sort of cult following as the movie surrounds on the characters' thematic ideologies, but was never meant to make it for the big time. However, other than the bantering between the two main characters, there are not much more to like of the rest of the film, and somehow I get the feeling that it needs a more general approach to rein the movie in. But it definitely is a great story, and one could only hope for a renaissance in literature in today's day and age.
