“When I think of this trip, I see David and me in the front seat of his car. We are both so young. He wants something better than he has, I want precisely what he has already. Neither of us knows where our lives are going to go. It smells like chewing tobacco, soda and smoke.”
中秋夜一个人看这部真是别样风味。其实人非常不在状态，很多对话的思路也并没有跟上。但整部电影里演员，人物表现出来的状态很真诚。两位主角有些突兀的关系进展以及过于平淡的拍摄手法会减一些分。除此之外，电影值得一看，尤其是对infinite jest或者华莱士感兴趣的人。
