看完这部电影第一个冒出来的想法居然是羡慕甚至嫉妒女主能毅然决然离开做得很不错、马上有晋升机会的工作，选择了漂泊的、没有固定收入的、有很大不确定性的去追逐自己的写作梦想。对于她的感情也是，虽然与现男友合租着一套公寓，却在思绪明朗的一个上午，收拾好行囊、披上了一件大衣就离开了。她很明白自己想要的是什么。

然而现代社会里，多少人被现实打败了，选择了安于现状、stay in the comfort zone。或许也只有年轻才有这个勇气吧。

与其说是励志，可能更多的是讽刺。现代人竟喜欢讲或是看这些别人做得到、自己做不了的事情。

看完这部电影，让我又重温了文学的魅力，特别是那个片段 about Franny: the guy was at the train station to pick her up, with her letter read a thousand times and carried in his pocket. He knows the letter by his heart. When she headed out and asked him: did you read my letter? And.. he says: which letter?

阅读文学对于我来说已经很久远了，can't even remember when was the last time I read a novel - it's probably "a hundred year of solitude" when I was working on college application and trying to sharpen my reading and writing skills. 不知何时，读一本小说对我来说变得很困难，甚至是一件很奢侈的事情。因为不再有那种心静、不受social media扰乱的状态与时间来看书了。but we do need to remind ourselves, we once had passion and love for literature as well.

电影里面女主的复古穿着、优雅的气质，搭配上影片的暖色调、古典乐作为背景音乐，确实是一部轻松却耐人寻味的电影。
