The movie gave a vivid portrait of the joys and sorrows of an ordinary family. In the poverty-stricken days, the March sisters remained strong wills and positive attitudes. The movie descried their respective pursuit of ideals and the destinations of their love voyages.

The inequal relation between male and female has a long history. Even now, thousands of girls across Afghanistan are again blocked from learning. This is a disgrace to modern society. As women, we must struggle to retain the best of who we are.
