导演是沙马兰，M. Night Shayamalan，上周开始看他今年在苹果的新剧《灵异女仆》。所以看到这部电影是他的作品就点进去了。在《灵异女仆》里说过他喜欢在自己的作品里跑龙套。这次也不例外，发现了他演爱吃炸鸡的Jai，和心理医生一起查看大厦的监控录像。
有的电影看故事，有的看反转，有的看镜头，不一而足。这部《分裂》主要看演技。
主演James McAvoy，我倒是第一次看他的戏。有句话是形容费雯-丽的：她有如此美貌，不必有如此演技；她有如此演技，无须有如此美貌。用来形容JM也不错，在几种人格之间的切换天衣无缝。只是他为什么外号叫“一美”呢？
故事挺精彩的。如果深入研究一下几个人格的出现原因，比如Hedwig，九岁的小男孩是停留在受母亲虐待的那个年龄；Patricia是强迫症的母亲和曾经帮助本格Kevin的一个女人的合体；Dennis是领导型的完美人格等等，24个人格可以另外拍一部心理分析的电影了。
Casey这一条暗线也有挖掘价值：童年跟随父亲狩猎的经历，受叔叔的凌辱，上学后同学的另眼相待，也可以拍一部暗黑青春片。
有几处台词觉得特别好：
Casey的老爸：Females are smarter than the males. But you know that, it's like humans. Females use their nose to stay alive. They make sure they have cover. They always remember they're trying to stay alive. Bucks go off by themselves. Bucks get dumb during mating season.
童年的Casey：Boys make too much noise.
这一段分析女性为什么会比男性长寿，几句话就说到位了。女性更谨慎，为了活下去比男性更警惕。而男性往往倾向于自我暴露在危险情境之下，发情期尤其如此。特别现实。
最后分裂出来的兽格：
You are different from the rest. Your heart is pure! Rejoice! The broken are the more evolved. Rejoice.
Those who have not been torn have no value in themselves and no place in this world! They are asleep!
We are glorious! We will no longer be afraid. Only through pain can you achieve your greatness! The impure are the untouched, the unburned, the unslain. Those who have not been torn have no value in themselves and no place in this world!
Dennis、Patricia等几个分裂人格组成的小团体Horde，认为那些受过伤的、破碎的人才是纯粹和完整的，而没受过磨难的人都不配存活在这世上。受过伤害的人进化得更为高级。——这个观点我倒是颇为同意。
结尾布鲁斯-威利斯出来客串了一下下，为2019出品的三部曲最后一部Glass作了个广告：
This is like that crazy guy in the wheelchair that they put away 15 years ago. And they gave him a funny name, too. What was it?
Mr. Glass.
