压力的真相:简单要点整理


Basically there are two types of stress : acute stress and chronic stress

acute stress is just an old instinct function of our body to let us fight or run more effectively when we in a dangerous situation. So we don’t need to worry about it too much, just knowing how it works might help us to handle it in more peaceful way, or we can somehow change the stress into exciting by adjust the breath, gesture or say something positive to yourself, I don’t know it will help or not, could try it some other time.

chronic stress is much harmful to your health. It produce some chemical substance that harm your body, and will lead you turn to the junk food more easily which actually will not improve your mood much. so how to control the chronic stress, three way could be put into consideration:

1) Food, eat more healthy, like blueberry, peanuts, almond; don’t miss your breakfast, have enough water and don’t take too much coffee, green tea is much better

2) Sports, take some sports from time to time, even some small exercise everyday make a difference.

3) Change your mind-set, don’t think about the bad issue all the time, you cannot exceed your own self-image, what you think will become your reality, so positive thinking is crucial and meditation is a good way to help you get that

In a word, stress is not terrible, as we get to know it more and more, we could control it better and turn it to our advantage.
