Pretty much came out as the same mould with whatever works, but in London, I can’t help noticing different British accents. It involves the life of a family, the aged mother and father, their daughter and son-in-law. It seems that at the beginning, Helena, the mother is the saddest person, but in the end, Everybody has their hearts broken except for her.
The theme of the film is always cheating or being cheated, moving on or regretting, so sure about the decision made and life has made a big joke on him/her. I don’t quite get the ending though, or is it the end anyway. The story was told, but life goes on. Is it grass always greener on the other side? Or the life in the past isn’t the whole life we live, but one of the lives we constantly live and relive both in the past and the present day. Life is difficult, a roadless road, a juggler asking you to perform with him.
The film is a smooth watch, get a bunch of woody vibe, quite typical, definitely not a bad one.
