Except for the stately homes themselves,the earsl and countesses,whom draw my attention, deserving to be observed a lot.The first building,known as Townton Abbey,actually Highclere Castle,becomes more commercial in these days.And the second building,established in Scotland,since the old days details,looks more grandeur than the first one.By the way,I do reckon that the earl and countess of the second house behave more elegant and keep more royal styles.These kitchens are all lofty and spacious with some traditional equipments.The food are routine,scrummy and seems easy to make.
