--- Aerobic fitness is the real thing indicating levels of fitness. It is measured by the VO2 Max (oxygen intake ability).

*People can be fit and fat as they are. The real measurement of people's fitness is VO2 Max rather than fatness.

*Inner body fat causes diabetes and heart diseases. Simple BMI test is not reflecting the real body fat as (carried out with body fat meters).
Body fat percentage should be staying under 35% for women and 25% for men.

--- Lacking of sleep can cause heart diseases, cancer etc. 7.5 hours of sleep is necessary for health.

--- Traditional soap bar is better than any other forms of anti-bacteria products when it comes to reducing the bacteria on our hands.

--- Our eyes have receptors for blue lights which can stimulate the production of melatonin which wakes people up, and the light can get through our eyelids while sleeping.
