康斯坦丁（玛琳娜·佛伊丝 Marina Foïs 饰）已经四十岁了，在这个尴尬的年纪，她突然遭到了公司的解雇。丢了工作，孑然一身没有任何依靠的她顿时失去了全部的经济来源，她明白，想要东山再起，能依靠的只有自己。　　当康斯坦丁得知家乡的房地产公司正在招聘经理人时，她决定放弃巴黎的梦幻生活，回归起点。她非常自信的认为，凭借着自己多年的销售经验，拿到这个职位是板上钉钉的事情。然而，让康斯坦丁没有想到的是，她的职位竟然被一个名叫奥黛丽（约瑟芬·约比 Joséphine Japy 饰）的女人给抢走了，而她获得这份工作的唯一原因就是她要比康斯坦丁更加的年轻和漂亮。

Plot Summary:Having been fired from her old job as a real estate agent, 40 years old Constance faces severe pecuniary issues : she cannot rent a flat anymore and she doesn't find another job in Paris. With no other option left, she decides to call her former boss, from the small agency in La Rochelle where she started her career : to her surprise, he tells her that he is actually hiring, as the housing market appears to be growing in the area. He explains that he already found someone, but she is convinced she will get the job because of her experience and extensive qualifications. She does not : it is indeed Audrey, a younger and prettier woman, which is hired instead. This is too much for Constance to take...
