当本·卡罗威博士(麦卡锡饰)卷入一场暗杀行动时，凶手被困后自杀，他发现凶手没有犯罪记录。然而，他们都是登记失踪的孩子，他设置了一个旅程的发现与杀手的妹妹(波西亚德罗西)和暴徒杀手(罗伯特帕特里克)。在墨西哥，他们发现了一处属于名誉扫地的格里利博士的豪宅，在那里，孩子们被一种精神条件的体制教育成杀手，他们计划结束这场阴谋。
Plot Summary:When Dr Ben Carroway (McCarthy) is involved in an assassination where the killers commit suicide once trapped he finds that the killers have no criminal record. However they are all registered missing children and he sets on a journey of discovery with one of the killer's sister (Portia de Rossi) and a mob hitman (Robert Patrick). In Mexico they find a mansion in large grounds belonging to disgraced Dr Greely where children are taught to be killers by a regime of mental conditioning and they plan to put an end to the conspiracy.
