Plot Summary:Priscilla Miller, the village milliner, and a leader in the uplift work of the village, is a young and pretty girl. She receives a letter from Lon Haskins at Gunning, Arizona, informing her that her uncle has died and left her his business. Priscilla decides to go to Arizona and run the business herself. Upon her arrival there she discovers the business to be a big saloon, and gambling and dance hall. She is much shocked and orders Lon to close the whole works. This angers the townspeople and Jim Black, a professional gambler, suggests that he marry Priscilla and take over the business. He goes to her room to put his plan in force but there he runs into Lon, who orders him out. He and Black meet outside the saloon and Lon informs him that he also is offering his services in the marrying line. The men decide that Lon and Black gamble for Priscilla, the first man who goes broke to leave the town and give up the girl. Lon, by means of a trick seal ring, wins but, thinking Priscilla does ...
