Plot Summary:THE SANDMAN tells the story of Nathan, a young student in the city who struggles to forget his childhood trauma at the hands of the serial killer dubbed \"The Sandman.\" Nathan killed The Sandman years ago, on Christmas Eve, after he witnessed the murder of his mother... until he sees the beautiful woman who lives in the apartment across the way dying at the hands of that same masked killer. 1.首先我要声明的是这个条目的时间是错误的，其实这部电影早在18年就已经上映了。2.这不是尼尔盖曼的《睡魔》，而是改编自1816年的德国同名短篇小说，作者为E.T.A.霍夫曼。3.电影中的配角“竖锯”本人托宾贝尔竟然不在演员表上，也真的是服气，也不知道是谁创建了这个条目，处处是错误。4.剧情很一般，考虑到是根据老小说改编的，所以还情有可原。5.前半部分电影充斥着恐怖元素，后半部分转变成为了动作影片，转折的还算过得去，动作场面有点假，明显可以看的出来赶工痕迹。6.电影改编的一人一魔鬼，有点《死亡笔记》的感觉。7.没有什么可看点，最吸引人还算是“竖锯”托宾贝尔了吧。
