曼谷公元2011年水牛刚从监狱出来，正为如何在江湖重振声威而烦恼，刚巧杀手公司给他一项辣手任务·就是要把人称铁血警官的警察总队长杀掉水牛虽觉得这任务难以成功但面对巨款与重振声威的好机会·便联络一班旧战友准备一切。众人却不知道原来杀手公司本打算找一专业杀手狂牛处理这任务，只是把狂牛与水牛弄错，而且年青凶残的怪杰亦同时要杀铁血警官。同时，怪杰发现水牛身上的纹身，怀疑水牛是当年杀其父母的凶手，要追杀他们。当中错纵复杂主爆笑连场’绝对令人回味！
