电视购物女主持人金孝真（柳真 饰）人生陷入困境：年轻后辈青春美貌兼备，势头逼人；男友是个不成器的电影导演，百无一用。在一次老友聚会时，当年备受嘲笑的丑小鸭善花（李英珍 饰）竟变成绝世美女，这令孝真她们甚为惊奇。事业面临危机，孝真转而向善花求教美颜秘诀。在善花的指引下，她来到简美希所开办的瑜伽学院申请为期一周的深化训练。 孝真和尚妍珠、李宝拉等四名女孩一同进入学院，她们被要求严格遵守这里各种奇怪的规则，更要与外界切断一切联系。在接下来的一周时间里，她们各自为了心中理想的美貌而进行魔鬼训练，却不得不去面对恐怖黑暗的一面……
